Our services

CodeForge Labs provides custom software development, including mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, UI/UX design, and quality assurance. Each client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

Quotes and payment

Pricing, milestones, and payment terms are set out in each proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable in US dollars by bank transfer by the due date shown on the invoice.

Use of the website

You may browse the website for personal or business purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property

The website content, logo, and design belong to CodeForge Labs. Ownership of work we produce for clients is set out in each client agreement. Product names and logos of client projects shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability
